First, I want to thank the citizens of Arkansas County for their efforts of containing the COVID-19 virus. We do have 1 official case in Arkansas County.

We are still restricting access to the public at the DeWitt and Stuttgart Courthouses and Stuttgart Annex. County business is being conducted by mail, email, fax, or over the phone. Any questions, please call the following departements
