Representing Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA), Dustin Rowe (3rd from L), of DeWitt, was selected to serve as a student ambassador during Governors Scholastic Honors Day hosted by Governor (2nd from L) and Mrs. Asa Hutchinson (R) at the Governors Mansion in Little Rock. The event recognized high-performing students in the state, hosting two academically top-performing seniors from each high school and one college ambassador from each public and private higher education institution. The ambassadors from Arkansas colleges gave the college-bound seniors a chance to ask questions and make new friends. Also pictured is Dustin Rowes guest, Le Ngo (L), also of DeWitt.
