Kenneth Ray Shelton

Kenneth Ray Shelton, 66, of DeWitt died February 9, 2024. He was born February 24, 1957, in DeWitt to Charles Albert and Jeanell Best Shelton.

Kenny was preceded in death by his father, Charles Shelton, and two sisters Janie Bouscher and Thelma Lee McFerrin.

He is survived by his wife Edna Manis Shelton; two children Kyla Rae Lang (Patrick) and Kenneth Chase Shelton; three grandchildren Henry, Violet, and Eleanor Lang; his mother Jeanell Shelton; and one brother, Charles "Buster" Shelton.

Visitation was at 10:00 Tuesday, February 13 at Essex Funeral Home with funeral services beginning at 11:00. Burial followed in Cedarcrest Memorial Gardens.
