FLAG ALERT: US Flag To Be Displayed at Half-staff Effective Immediately

FLAG ALERT: The United States Flag is be displayed at half-staff effective immediately until sunset, tomorrow, Friday, Oct. 18, honoring the life of U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland, who passed away earlier today. Title 4 of the U.S. Code states that the United States Flag shall be flown at half-staff on the day of death and the following day for a member of Congress.
