PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING CITY NOISE ORDINANCE

Mayor Jimmy Black would like to remind the citizens of DeWitt of the City of DeWitt Noise Ordinance.

The Ordinance states that fireworks may be used from June 29 through July 5 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight. Fireworks may be sold before and after those dates but may NOT be used inside the city limits of DeWitt.
