O.V. Phillips

Ms. O.V. Phillips, 99, was born on October 28, 1922 in Crocketts Bluff, Arkansas. She was the daughter of the late Russell Phillips, Sr. and Florance Stigger Phillips. She was the second child of eight children. Ms. Phillips departed this life on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at DeWitt Nursing Home in DeWitt, Arkansas.   

A Walk-through Visitation will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022 from 5:00pm-6:00pm at Relerford Funeral Home, Stuttgart. Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 11am at St. Olive Cemetery, DeWitt.
