Aurdry Arnold Mannis

Aurdry Arnold Mannis, 81, of DeWitt passed away October 30, 2022. He was born May 5, 1941, in DeWitt to Henry Chester Mannis and Treva May Mills Mannis.

Aurdry was a truck driver and farmer for many years, and was a member of the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn and preached for 15 years. He was also an Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two children Shawnee Lee Butler and Timmy Arnold Mannis; four sisters Lorene Baxter, Maxine Grace, Gail Harrellson, Susie McFarland; and five brothers Danny, Darrell, Larry, David, and Rick Mannis.

Aurdry is survived by his wife Carolyn Mannis of DeWitt; daughter Gina Mannis Hogan of Poteau, OK; and three brothers Charles Mannis of Early, TX, and Carroll Mannis and Steven Mannis both of DeWitt.
