Mitzi Kay Huckaby Stokes

Mitzi Kay Huckaby Stokes, 65, of DeWitt passed away October 27, 2022. She was born January 7, 1957, in DeWitt to Jim Bob and Minnie Owens Huckaby.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Guy Author Huckaby.

Mitzi is survived by her stepson Kyle Stokes of Ulm; two brothers Jimmy Huckaby (Belinda) of DeWitt and Bobby Huckaby (Pam) of Chelsea, OK; sister Vicki Huckaby (Ed Glenn) of Ozark AR; nieces and nephews Freddie Huckaby, Frankie Norton, Johnathan Aycock, Jimmy Jack Huckaby, Heather Mendoza, and Amanda Huckaby; great nephew Guy Kelly Huckaby and many other great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were October 30 at First Assembly of God in DeWitt with burial in Hearn Cemetery by Essex Funeral Home. www.essexfuneralhome.com
