Leslie Ray Haliburton

Leslie Ray Haliburton, 84, passed away on June 19th, 2023, at his home in DeWitt. Leslie was born to Pete Leslie Haliburton and Haley Harris Haliburton in DeWitt on June 28, 1938.

He married the love of his life, Zula Mae Arthur, on December 31, 1959, in DeWitt. He was a Navy Veteran and retired from Monroe Shoe Factory before working at Blue Seal Petroleum.

Leslie was preceded in death by his mother, father, and his 3 sisters; Tena Bradberry, Opal Puttorff, and Kathrene Adams, as well as 2 granddaughters, Lesley and Leah Haliburton.

Leslie is survived by his wife, Zula; his 2 children, Randy Haliburton (Suzanne) of Lonoke and Sandra Cardin (Jeff) of DeWitt; his grandchildren Joshua Haliburton, Jonathan Fuchs, Megan Fuchs, Danni Cantwell, and Josh Cardin; and many great-grandchildren.

Our family extends a most heartfelt thanks to his friends and former coworkers.
