Terah Danette Watkins Ward

Terah Danette Watkins Ward, 48, passed from this life on August 4, 2023, at her home in DeWitt, AR. She was born to Terry Watkins and Annette Coit Watkins McFalls on September 14, 1974. 

Terah loved duck and deer hunting and spending time with friends and family. She worked for many years as a beautician. She worked hard on her garden and pool, and enjoyed showing them off. She also loved spending time at New Life Fellowship Celebrate Recovery in DeWitt. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Annette McFalls; and her grandparents Edward and Faye Coit and Leonard and Dorothy Watkins. Terah is survived by her son Austin Ward (Peyton) of Greers Ferry, AR; her father Terry Watkins of DeWitt; one brother Terry Danyan Watkins of DeWitt; one sister Amber Barlow (Chris) of Benton; three nieces Riley, Reece, and Aubree; one nephew Braden; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. 

She will be missed. 

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, August 8 at Essex Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. August 9 at New Life Fellowship in DeWitt with burial in Forks LaGrue Cemetery.  www.essexfuneralhome.com
