Mrs. Ethel Mae Phillips, 99 and a resident of Clarendon, Arkansas, was born October 7, 1924 to the late Alex and Winnie Cohns in Ethel, Arkansas. She departed this life on Monday, December 18, 2023 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Visitation will be Friday, December 29, 2023 from 6:30-7:30pm at Relerford Funeral Home. Homegoing Celebration will be Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 2:00PM at Holy Benton Temple COGIC, 1208 North Maple Street, Stuttgart, Arkansas. Interment immediately following at Phillips Cemetery, Roe, Arkansas.
